- 研究了传统激光扫描建模法的实施流程,对建模精度进行了分析,针对建模精度低的问题,在激光扫描过程中布设控制网,加入了标靶坐标的测量环节,以测量数据作为模型拼接的依据,并将改进的激光扫描建模法应用于某石化装置进行了研究。通过测量环节、标靶坐标的误差分析与建模过程中多次质量检查,确保了所建模型精度能够控制在5mm的范围内,有效证明了这种建模方法的应用价值。
Implementation process of traditional laser scanning modeling method is researched and modeling precision is analised in the paper. In allusion to low modeling accuracy, control network is set up during the process of laser scanning while measurement data is maken as the basis of model matching, and finally laser scanning modeling method that is improved was applied to a petrochemical plant for the purpose of study. Through measuring unit, error analysis based on target coordinates and times of quality check during modeling,model, precision is assured within the scope of 5mm, and application value of this kind of modeling method is proved effectively.
