- 摘 要 以实现油气田开发规划的数字化、网络化、智能化以及管理的一体化为目标，提出利用SQL Server数据库技术，建立面向对象的海上油气田开发规划管理信息化技术，并阐述该系统的结构、工作流程及实现方法。运用数据库技术和网络通信技术，针对油气田开发规划不同层级管理部门及技术人员决策的需求，研究和开发了以油气田为基本规划单元，以区域开发规划为理念，以数据库技术为支撑的开发规划数据管理系统，实现海上油气田开发规划管理的信息化，提高了规划编制效率，加强了数据保密管理。
Abstract The establishment of the informatization of object-oriented oil and gas field development planning system using SQL Server database technology aiming at the implementation of digital, networked, intelligent and integrated management in strategic planning of oilfield development was proposed. The structure design of the system and the working process and realization approach of the system were expounded. An intelligent management system for the requirements of decision makers in different levels and departments was researched and developed by the use of database technology and networks communication technology, which is designed by using oil and gas fields as the basic planning unit, regional development planning as the idea, and supported by the database technology, improved the planning efficiency and enhanced the data security management.
