- 杏北油田普通注水系统上游包括6座注水站共17台多级离心注水泵,下游包含基础井网、一次加密井网以及三采后续井网共1612口注水井。随着油田进入高含水开发后期,普通注水系统井网用水需求逐年下降,而上游注水站泵水能力维持不变,造成系统运行过程中,泵水能力普遍过剩,管网压力不断升高,注水单耗逐年上升。针对目前面临的形势及问题,制订了优化供注关系,调整机泵布局, 注水泵减级三方面调整措施,管网压力明显下降,系统运行趋于稳定,对其他油田注水系统的优化调整具有一定的借鉴意义。
The upstream of the normal waterflood system in xingbei oilfield consists of 6 water-injection stations with 17 multi-stage centrifugal injection pumps, and the downstream includes the basic well network, a single encrypted well network and a total of 1612 injection Wells. In oil field at later stage of high water cut development, pattern of water injection system in ordinary water demand decline year by year, and a water injection station upstream pumping ability remain unchanged, cause in the process of system operation, capacity surplus generally, pipeline pressure rising, the water consumption increased year by year. In view of the present situation and problems, to formulate the optimization for the note, adjust the distribution of pump, injection pump reduction level adjustment measures three aspects, pipeline pressure decreases obviously, system has stable operation, the optimization of other oilfield water injection system adjustment has a certain reference significance.
