- 天然气开采和利用规模的不断扩大,带动了天然气站场的建设。早一天建成站场,早一天占领市场,早一天实现供气,就能早一天获得收益。而常规的站场设备安装前置条件较多,设备资料、设计图纸、建设方意见等环节紧密连接,一环滞后都将影响整个工期和工程建设质量。且涉及设备材料的供应商较多,沟通协调工作量大,施工周期长。以某天然气长输管道分输站为例,说明橇装化设计能同时满足占地面积小、设备重复利用率高、建设工期短、项目管理简单等特点,为橇装化设计在天然气长输管道站场的应用提供支持。
