- 石油天然气工业阀门主体材料的选择对阀门的质量和性能起到关键作用。根据ASTM标准,将服务于不同工况条件下的阀门主体材料进行了分类总结。常用阀门主体材料可分为普通碳钢、高温钢、低温钢及不锈钢四大类,共包含WCB、WC9、LCC、CF3等20种常用材料,对四种材料按照铸件和锻件标准,对其化学组成、力学性能以及适用工况进行了分析比较,可为石油天然气工业阀门主体材料的选择提供参考。
The body material of valves applied in oil and gas industry plays an important role on the quality and performance of the valves. Body materials of valves are classified into different groups based on different service according to ASTM standards. Commonly used materials on valves are divided into four categories: carbon steel, high temperature steel, low temperature steel and stainless steel, including 20 commonly used materials such as WCB, WC9, LCC, CF3 and so on. Analysis and comparison are made on the chemical requirements, mechanical characteristics, and service of the castings and forgings on the four groups of materials, which will be a helpful reference to the selection on the body material of valves applied in oil and gas industry.
