- 管道带压开孔封堵施工风险高,在运作一些重点难点工程前需要一个试验平台及配套试验技术模拟实际施工工况,对施工工艺和施工装备进行可靠性和安全性验证。现自主研发、设计一个带压封堵试验平台,能够模拟现场施工的实际工况,采集开孔、封堵作业过程中设备运行状态、工艺参数等技术数据,指导现场施工。该平台包括液路模拟系统和气路模拟系统,分别模拟输油和输气管道,能够实现输油输气管道不停输工况时同等压力下的带压开孔、封堵试验。通过数据传输、采集、监控系统,能够实时调节管道流量和压力,并由PLC控制,在工控机界面形象、友好显示。整个设计方案分为管路系统、数据采集监控系统、视频监控系统等。该平台有利于带压封堵设备的研发和新型施工技术的进步与推广,有效提升公司在带压封堵及维抢修专业的技术能力,经济效益和社会效益显著。
There is a high risk of hot tapping and plugging with pressure on pipeline. Before operating some key and difficult projects, a test platform and a matching test technique are needed to simulate the actual construction conditions, and the reliability and safety of the construction technology and equipment are needed to be verified. A test platform of hot tapping and plugging is designed independently, which can simulate the actual working condition of site construction, and collect the technical data of equipment operation state and process parameters in the process of hot tapping and plugging operation. The platform includes the liquid simulation system and the gas simulation system, which can simulate the oil transmission and gas transmission pipeline respectively, and can realize the hot tapping and plugging test under the same pressure when the oil and gas transmission pipeline is under the same pressure. Through data transmission, acquisition and monitoring system, it can adjust the flow and pressure of the pipeline in real time, and is controlled by PLC. The whole design is divided into pipeline system, supervisory control and data acquisition, video monitoring system, etc. The platform is beneficial to the research and development of plugging with pressure equipment and the progress and popularization of new construction technology. It can effectively improve the technical ability of the company with plugging and maintenance professional, and the economic and social benefits are remarkable.
