- 采油井生产数据采集传输使生产管理人员在基地监控中心就能浏览查询油井各项生产数据,并且由于采集数据具有实时性、连续性的特点,能够及时、真实地反映油井生产状况。抽油机井异常工况包括地面抽油装置、地下泵阀工作异常,地面管汇堵/漏、地下管串断脱/刺漏,泵内砂、蜡、气、水影响,以及地层供液不足等。抽油机井出现异常工况时,各项生产参数会发生变化,参数间相互关系遵循一定规律,利用参数变化的规律性,基地监测分析人员可以远程诊断油井异常工况;通过合理设置报警门限,可以自动诊断异常工况,输出报警信息。
The data acquisition and transmission of oil well production enables production managers to browse and query the production data of oil wells at the base monitoring and control center, and because the collected data has the characteristics of real-time and continuous, it can timely and truly reflect the production situation of oil wells. Exceptional working conditions of pumping wells include ground pumping devices, abnormal operation of underground pump valves, plugging / leakage of ground pipes, string debarking/leakage of underground pipes, sand, wax, gas, and water effects of pumps, and insufficient formation fluids. Wait. When there are abnormal working conditions in the pumping well, various production parameters will change. The relationship between the parameters follows certain laws. Using the regularity of parameter changes, the base monitoring and analysis personnel can diagnose the abnormal working conditions of the oil well remotely. By setting the alarm threshold reasonably, it can automatically diagnose abnormal working conditions and output alarm information.
