高含水油井常温集输边界条件实验研究

- 摘要:高含水原油可以在低于凝点以下进行输送,但温度降低到一定程度后,高含水原油会析出蜡晶形成具有一定力学强度的凝胶原油,从而出现原油粘壁现象,影响正常生产。通过在现场构建实验管路,观察停止掺水伴热之后原油在降温过程中的管输流动状态,得到了压降随温度变化的曲线,定义了粘壁下限和上限温度,并测得了3口典型油井的粘壁下限温度低于原油凝点1-2℃,粘壁上限温度低于凝点2-3℃,将粘壁下限温度作为常温集输的温度界限,粘壁上限温度作为油井紧急治理的开始温度,且油井产液量越大、含水率越高,可用于紧急治理的时间越长,实验方法和研究结果可为高含水油田常温集输提供理论依据。
Abstract: high water-cut crude oil can be transported below the freezing point, but when the temperature drops to a certain degree, the high water-cut crude oil will be precipitated out of wax crystals to form gel crude oil with a certain mechanical strength, thus the phenomenon of crude oil sticking to the wall will affect the normal production. Through constructing experimental pipeline at the scene to observe after stop water heating crude oil in the pipeline flow state in the process of cooling, got the curve of the pressure drop with temperature changes, defines the lower limit and upper limit of adhering wall temperature, and have had 3 typical Wells of wall sticking floor temperature below the freezing point of crude oil 1-2 ℃, stick to the walls of the limit of temperature below the freezing point 2-3 ℃, the floor temperature as room temperature gathering and transferring of temperature between the wall sticking, stick to the walls of the limit of temperature as well start temperature of emergency management, and the well produced fluid volume is larger, the higher the moisture content, can be used for emergency management of the longer the time, The experimental method and research results can provide theoretical basis for gathering and transportation in high water-cut oilfield at room temperature.
