- 管道占压既给管道安全运行埋下隐患，又对管道沿线群众生命、财产安全构成威胁，当前，国内在役油气长输管道均存在较多占压。各大油气管道公司均已将清理管道占压作为整治管道隐患的重点工作，也积累了不少成熟经验。文章结合工作实际，分析了油气长输管道占压的危害、形成原因，并总结了管道占压有效管理的经验和做法。以期为油气长输管道占压有效管控提供参考。
Occupation of pipelines not only lays a hidden danger for the safe operation of pipelines, but also poses a threat to the life and property safety of the people along the pipelines. All the major oil and gas pipeline companies have taken cleaning up the occupation of pipelines as the key work to rectify the hidden dangers of pipelines, and have accumulated a lot of mature experience. Combined with the actual work, this paper analyzes the hazards and causes of the occupation of oil and gas pipelines, and summarizes the experience and practice of effective management of occupation of pipelines. It is expected to provide reference for effective control of occupation pressure of oil and gas pipelines.
