- 当前，世界局势进入大发展、大变革、大调整的新阶段，“一带一路”油气合作面临的形势更加严峻复杂。开展“一带一路”“十四五”相关规划研究，对于巩固已有合作成果，积极开拓合作新领域、新方式，全面深化“一带一路”油气合作具有重大而深远的意义。文章总结分析了“十三五”期间“一带一路”油气合作的发展成果及存在问题，对“一带一路”“十四五”期间的发展形势进行了研判，在此基础上，提出了“十四五”相关规划的思考，对“十四五”期间相关规划的编制具有借鉴和指导意义。
At present, the world is undergoing great development, great change and great adjustment.The development situation of the Belt and Road is more serious and complicated.Carrying out the study on the 14th Five-Year Plan of the Belt and Road for CNPC,has a significant and profound significance to strengthen existing cooperation achievements, actively develop new ways of cooperation and deepen oil and gas cooperation.This paper systematically summarizes achievements of the 13th Five-Year Plan of the Belt and Road for CNPC, and analyzes the main problems in implementation of the 13th Five-Year Plan. The development situation of the Belt and Road during the 14th Five-Year is also studied and judged in the article. Based on this, thoughts for making the 14th Five-Year Plan of the Belt and Road for CNPC are put forward.
