- 增强热塑性塑料复合管(RTP)在油气田地面工程中得到了越来越的应用,但管材制造和评定标准不统一,影响管材使用条件。试验测试了温度对不同增强材料的影响,并测试了典型管材不同压力下的失效时间,回归了管材的置信下限。为保证工程应用管材的长期稳定运行,供应商应测试评价其管材不同温度下的允许使用压力,并重视增强热塑性塑料复合管的长期性能评定。
he reinforced thermoplastic composite pipe(RTP) has been more and more used in the surface engineering of oil and gas fields, but the standards of pipe manufacture and evaluation are not uniform, which affects the use conditions of the pipe. The influence of temperature on different reinforced materials is tested, and the failure time of typical pipes under different pressures is tested, and the lower confidence limit of pipes is regressed. In order to ensure the long-term stable operation of engineering application pipes, the supplier shall test and evaluate the allowable use pressure of pipes under different temperatures, and pay attention to the long-term performance evaluation of reinforced thermoplastic composite pipes.
