- 本文总结了页岩气开发水系统面临的挑战,分析了压裂用水需求和返排液处置之间的矛盾,提出了经济高效的页岩气开发水系统地面建设模式,实现了压裂与返排水量平衡,同时配套研发了相应的返排液处理专利技术及设备,并在现场成功示范应用,有力的保障了页岩气规模开发和效益建产。
This paper summarizes the challenges faced by water system of shale gas development, analyzes the contradiction between fracturing water demand and flowback fluid disposal, puts forward an economic and efficient ground construction mode of shale gas development water system, realizes the balance of fracturing and backflow drainage, and develops corresponding patented technology and equipment for backflow fluid treatment, which is successfully demonstrated and applied in the field, which is a powerful guarantee Large scale development and benefit construction of shale gas.
