- 氢能是最具潜力的清洁性二次能源之一,氢能的开发利用对于中国努力实现在2030年碳排放达峰和2060年碳中和,并加快实施能源转型具有举足轻重的作用,发展氢能已经提升到国家能源战略。本文在总结国际、国内氢能发展战略、相关支持政策和氢能生产、消费状况的基础上,按照氢能产业链的发展逻辑,对国内氢能生产、储存、销售经济性的研究和文献进行了归纳梳理,对使用不同原料、采取各种技术工艺、在不同生产规模下生产氢能的投资和制氢成本、氢能储运成本、加氢站投资和运营成本、氢燃料汽车与其他运输工具单位耗能、单位燃料成本等数据开展了总结、对比和分析,提出制氢、加氢站和交通运输企业更新购置汽车等三类典型投资项目的经济评价或经济分析方法,旨在充实和完善氢能经济性的研究。
Hydrogen energy is one of the most potential clean secondary energy. The development and utilization of hydrogen energy plays an important role in China's efforts to achieve the peak of carbon emissions in 2030 and carbon neutralization in 2060, and accelerate energy transformation. The development of hydrogen energy has been promoted to the national energy strategy. Based on the summary of international and domestic hydrogen energy development strategies, relevant supporting policies, production and consumption of hydrogen energy, the paper, according to the development logic of hydrogen energy industry chain, summarizes the domestic research and literature on the economy of hydrogen energy production, storage, and sales, analyzes and compares the spending and cost of hydrogen production with different technologies and scales, cost of storage and transportation, construction investment and operation cost of hydrogenation stations, and unit cost of hydrogen fuel vehicles and other transportation means. It puts forward the economic evaluation or economic analysis methods of such three typical investment projects as hydrogen production, hydrogen station, and purchasing vehicles by transportation enterprises in order to enrich and improve the research on hydrogen economy.
