新形势下油田地面建设规划的做法

摘要:: 随着开发建设的逐渐深入，大庆油田进入高含水开发后期，产量递减、含水上升趋势日益明显，庞大的体量规模下开发效益变差，国际油价波动影响着油田开发效益，产量降低和效益变差又增加了投资形势的严峻性。针对影响和制约着油田的开发效益和建设发展的形势及问题，提出了新形势下做好地面规划的三个做法，即与油田开发相结合，与发展形势相结合，与生产管理相结合，对今后如何做好油田地面建设规划具有一定的借鉴意义。
With the gradual deepening of development and construction, Daqing Oilfield has entered the late stage of high water cut development. The trend of production decline and water cut increase is increasingly obvious. The development benefit becomes worse under the huge volume scale. The fluctuation of international oil price affects the development benefit of the oilfield. The decrease of production and the worsening of benefit also increase the severity of investment situation. In view of the situation and problems affecting and restricting the development benefit and construction of oilfields, three methods of surface planning under the new situation are put forward, namely, combining with oilfield development, developing situation and production management. These methods have certain reference significance for future planning of oilfield surface construction.
