多种套管气回收技术简析

- 摘要:油井在产出原油的过程中会伴生大量套管气,由于套管压力小于系统压力等原因,一部分套管气无法随原油进入生产系统,给正常生产作业带来了隐患的同时可能对环境造成污染,随着国家对环境污染整治力度不断加大,套管气回收问题迫在眉睫。针对这一问题,分别对悬抽式、自控式、喷射式及可拆卸式套管气回收装置的原理、特点、主要技术参数及应用情况进行了介绍,为不同工况下套管气回收提供了技术方案,为套管气回收的工艺选择提供了参考,方案成熟后可在各油田推广使用。
Abstract: oil Wells in the output of crude oil in the process of simultaneous casing in great quantities, due to reasons such as casing pressure is less than the system pressure, part of the air casing cannot with crude oil into the production system, brought the hidden danger to the normal production and operation of possible damage to the environment at the same time, as the state of environmental pollution treatment is increased, the casing gas recovery problem is imminent. In order to solve this problem, the principle, characteristics, main technical parameters and application of suspended pumping, automatic control, jet and detachable casing gas recovery devices are introduced respectively, which provides a technical scheme for casing gas recovery under different working conditions.
