- 托普索公司WSA湿法硫酸工艺技术在炼油、石化和煤化工行业均有广泛应用。本文从工程设计方面对炼厂酸性气硫回收制硫酸的WSA装置的特点和要点进行了总结和分析,认为WSA装置硫回收效率高、工艺清洁环保,其工程设计中存在选材要求严格、应力计算复杂、特殊设计多、腐蚀情况复杂等特点。本文对WSA装置工程设计中多处要点进行了总结分析,提出了建议,可为类似酸性气处理装置设计提供参考。
WSA wet sulfuric acid technology of Haldor Topsoe Company is widely used in oil refining, petrochemical and coal chemical industry. Characteristics and main points of WSA unit are summarized and analyzed from the aspect of engineering design. The WSA unit has high efficiency of sulfur recovery, clean and environmental protection technology. For engineering design, it has strict material requirement, complex stress calculation, more special design, complex corrosion situation. Several key points of engineering design of WSA unit are summarized, and many suggestions are put forward. It can provide reference for similar acid gas treatment plant design.
